No Return Policy

All purchases made from Swapnaa Collections are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.

Jewellery items cannot be returned due to:

  • Hygiene and safety reasons

  • Product handling sensitivity

  • Custom and fashion jewellery nature

Once an order is placed and confirmed, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Dislike of design or colour

Damaged or Incorrect Product

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Unboxing video (mandatory)
